Are rescue animals transported safely?

Yes. Every pet travels in the aircraft cabin alongside trained crew members. All animals receive veterinary clearance and must meet strict health and transportation USDA protocols before every flight.

Why don't rescue animals travel in cargo holds?

The health and safety of every animal is our top priority. Pets transported by Wings of Rescue always travel inside the cabin of our aircraft in a temperature-controlled, pressurized environment.
